As the CEO of Eos Global Expansion, it is with great enthusiasm that I welcome you to the year 2024.
This year is something of a milestone for our team, as it marks the15th year since Eos began supporting clients in realizing their expansion goals. From our beginning as Japan`s first full service EOR company in 2010, we grew over the first decade to provide services across Asia, and then extended our services beyond the region, to become a global partner empowering our clients anywhere in the world that their dreams could take them. .
2023 was a tough time for industry, with the tumult in the US economy adding to the challenges of many companies who were still in recovery mode from the impacts of Covid. As Eos adopted a fully remote work model ten year prior to the pandemic, we were in a unique position to guide our clients through the challenges that remote and hybrid work models presented, and are proud to say that we were able to oversee significant growth for many of them despite the difficulties faced.
As a global service provider, we see great opportunities for our clients in 2024, and with this in mind invested significantly last year in our organization. We have further expanded our footprint through new local entities and enhanced our services by adding significantly to our management team. We have also enhanced our service portfolio in many jurisdictions, to encompass insurance, recruiting and other capabilities to enhance client services. I am particularly excited about the recent launch of our “N-Gage” HRIS platform. This innovative system will streamline communication and is set to transform human resource management, aligning with our mission to provide comprehensive and dynamic solutions through continuous improvement.
Celebrating our 14th year of continuous growth, we owe a debt of gratitude to our loyal clients, many of whom have been with us from the very start. Your enduring support and trust have been instrumental in our journey. In 2024, our focus is unwavering: to establish our reputation as the premier solution provider in our industry.
