Reflecting on 2025 and Looking Ahead

 

As 2025 draws to a close, we want to take a moment to thank you for your continued trust and partnership. This year has seen many different milestones for Eos Global Expansion, and we are grateful to share all these with clients and partners like you.

In 2025, Eos became part of the Hightekers Group, and this was recently followed by Hightekers’ acquisition of Serviap, the leading EOR provider across LATAM. These strategic acquisitions have significantly increased our direct, in-country coverage across many key markets, allowing us to expand seamless, compliant support wherever you hire globally. For our clients, this means greater geographic reach, combined with strong local expertise, seamlessly coordinated with the human touch Eos has become known for.

We have also continued our organic growth, in both major centres of investment and some a little more niche — our expansion into Fiji brings a direct presence to the years of experience we have in the market there.

Throughout this period of growth, our teams have been focused on helping organisations navigate complex employment regulations, build resilient global teams, and scale internationally with confidence. Every new market, every regulatory change, and every hire is an opportunity to demonstrate why clarity and compliance are the cornerstones of successful global growth.
